Redesigning the Bulls website to increase revenue without relying on ticket sales
The Chicago Bulls needed an up-to-date website that competed with other custom NBA team websites. They were in a rebuilding season and lacked a superstar player needed to draw fans to seats. We needed to help them increase revenue while relying less on single-game ticketing sales.

Problem
The Bulls' current website had an outdated look. Teams used a standard template for their websites, so they all looked similar. After losing Derrick Rose, they were undergoing a rebuilding season, so they needed to rely less on filing seats with single-game tickets.
Goals
We had a tight timeline to launch the homepage before the 2019 season. The Bulls wanted to integrate critical business and marketing initiatives into the new website and drive revenue through alternative paths.
Solution
We redesigned a total of ten pages, including the Homepage, Tickets, News, Schedule, Roster, United Center, Videos, Community, Game Day, and Tickets.

Mobile
At the end of the project, we handed off a sketch file with all desktop and mobile pages and a clickable prototype made in InVision. We also provided a UI Kit to help the development team implement styles across all future pages.
